Room maintenance issues include a faulty shower head, peeling plaster on the balcony, and a dirty outdoor balcony that overlooks an unpleasant view of the hotel's lobby roof. The Junior Suite's bed setup was misleading, as it offered an uncomfortable arrangement with armchairs instead of a proper sofa bed, making it tough for families to sleep. Additionally, cold pool temperatures and insufficient warm water in the rooms hindered comfort during the stay.

During my stay as a solo traveler, I truly enjoyed the spacious and clean double room that made for a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's design is beautiful and inviting, and the variety of food available made me look forward to each meal. The nearby attractions, like the gold gondola and Ribnicko Lake, provided perfect opportunities for outdoor activities. I can't wait to return in winter to see how the area transforms!

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved exploring nearby attractions like the Tornik Ski Lift and enjoying the indoor pools. The food was fantastic, especially breakfast with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Don’t miss the spa for relaxation after a day out!

The Wi-Fi could be frustrating at times. it was slow and unstable, making it hard to stay connected.

I had a great time at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the food options were varied and delicious. The spa area was a real highlight with refreshing pools and jacuzzis—perfect for unwinding. I loved that the ticket to the gold gondola was complimentary. it made our exploration of the beautiful surroundings much easier. One area for improvement would be to add some variety in the beverages offered with dinner, as just water felt a bit sparse.
